About Jireh

Jireh Jones is the daughter of retired Air Force dad, Greg and current school nurse mom, Diane Jones.  Jireh wanted to attend four different High Schools over the past four years (9th Renaissance High in Meridian, Idaho, 10th Bloomingdale High in Valrico, Florida, 11th Plant High in Tampa Florida, and 12th Timberline High in Boise, Idaho).

Jireh has always loved singing. As a child all she can remember doing was singing. Her parents would often say how they didn't need to turn on the radio at home or in the car because she would always be singing.

According to Jireh, “It seemed to come naturally as a kid.” She first started writing songs in January 2017 during a family period of fasting and praying to seek God for the church’s, family and personal vision. God answered and instructed them to prepare to release a single in July 2017. Jireh's goal was to write one song per month and "Never Alone" was the third of four songs she wrote from January through April.

After praying with her family about what song to release, she decided to release "Never Alone".  She chose to write "Never Alone" because she remembered feeling alone in 2014 when her grandpa passed, and she stated, “It felt good to know that she was not alone because God was there and still is now comforting me.” She also wanted to encourage her Grandma and let her know she was Never Alone.
